She can help you to discover what determines value and can put you in touch with an army of resources from lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and professional service providers. Chris is a relocation expert and experienced with helping individuals and families new to a community feel at home from day one. She can tour you through the different neighborhoods, help you find school resources, local amenities and anything you need to acclimate to your new home and community.
A very important step in the home buying process is to get pre-qualified for a mortgage. This will give you an idea of the price range you can afford so that we can go out and find the best deal on a home that is right for you.
Getting pre-qualified will require that you provide a lender with some basic information on your income, assets, and debt. We can arrange to have this done for you at no cost.
Another benefit in getting pre-qualified is that it is an expression of your seriousness in purchasing a home, which may be a deciding factor when competing with other “not yet qualified” buyers.
