Coming Soon: For Sale in Shadowlawn Community

Shadowlawn Neighborhood

Shadowlawn holds a special place in my heart, as I grew up on Virginia Avenue and LOVED it!  Shadowlawn is all about the location. Only a few blocks from the beach, Shadowlawn is separated from the boardwalk by scenic Lake Holly. The lots are small, but you don’t buy a home in Shadowlawn because you want to a large yard. Spend your free time biking down the boardwalk, running on the beach, or walking to one of the fantastic restaurants or bars at Rudee’s Inlet. You will find everything from remodeled beach bungalows to brand new 4 bedroom condos.

Civic League

Shadowlawn is the perfect place for you if you are a boater, surfer,  fun loving beach bum, or the outdoorsy type who wants to take advantage of the Virginia Beach oceanfront and beach lifestyle.

Shadowlawn is one of the best neighborhoods in Virginia Beach, but there are many others.  It is my job to help you match up your lifestyle with the right home in the right neighborhood.

Virginia Beach Launches Map Application

Have you seen the new map application the City of Virginia Beach rolled out? Users can choose from among several map layers to turn on or off, such as trash and recycling collection days, flood zones, voting districts and more. Users have the option to get directions and select a satellite, street or map view. The new map center is more responsive with faster load times and the ability to view maps on different types of devices. Searches return more complete results, which are highlighted to make finding information easier. In addition to property address and Geographic Parcel Identification Number (GPIN), the map center includes new searches for schools, neighborhoods, intersections, parks, libraries, museums and historic sites, and much more. These user-created maps can be saved, printed and shared. Check it out.
